Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AImeal mobile application ("App") provided by Mattia Simbola ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, nor may you create derivative works based on the App.

2. User Content

By using the App, you may have the opportunity to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content, including but not limited to photos, images, recipes, and comments ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the User Content, but by uploading or submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the operation of the App and our business.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
Modify, adapt, or hack the App or modify another website or mobile application so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the App;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the App, or any other systems or networks connected to the App;
Upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other malicious code;
Harass, abuse, or harm another person, or promote violence or discrimination;
Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice or liability for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Token Expiration

The App may use tokens to provide certain features or services. Tokens are valid for 45 days from the date of issuance or the date of last use, whichever is later. If you do not use your tokens within 45 days, they will expire and become unusable. Using tokens within 45 days will reset the expiration date to 45 days from the date of use.
